How to create a portal account
The first step to creating your patient portal account is to contact our office to request a PIN. We will provide you with a unique PIN number for each child which will allow you to add them to your parent account. For children, 18 and older, only your child can register and then she/he may authorize your access.
On this site, you will be able to access important medical and administrative information at your convenience. In addition to other tasks, you will be able to:
- receive updated information about your child’s immunizations
- see your upcoming appointments
- request a prescription refill
- request a school or camp form
- update your insurance
- ask us a question
- and pay your bill
Please call our office today at 301-984-9490 to request your unique and secure PIN to register for this portal. You may also request your PIN at [email protected]. To download the smartphone app, visit the Google or Apple Store and search for “Intelichart Patient Portal”. If you have not yet signed up for our new portal, please call us at 301-984-9490.
